nuun
My wonderful sister sent me some products to try earlier this week. In the box of goodies was nuun. I have only used it a couple times but I can tell a difference in my swelling. When my electrolytes are off my hands well like no other or I get blisters when hitting the trails. Since I have started using nuun this has stopped. Thanks Lala! I can't wait to see what else nuun can do for me.

ReplyDeleteThe Kona Kola flavor was made to resemble the flat coke that is served at aid stations during Ironman and Ultras! It grows on ya!
The banana is really growing on me. At first it was almost unbearable but now I turn to it before the others.
